This is a ChangeLog editor? Yes! I have always gotten complements on my hand typed ChangeLogs and people ask me what I use to generate them, because apparently they seemed to be done that way. I eventually got tired of remembering all of my own rules for symbols and things so I figured, why not make an editor that can do all the rule and formatting work?

Note... I plan on changing the name. I hope something better comes to mind.

You can get this off my SVN but it is still requires a lot more work.
